Harry the Horse and His Jungle Friends

Harry the Horse and His Jungle Friends

Once upon a time, there lived a clever horse named Harry.

Harry lived in a small wooden cabin near the edge of a big, green jungle.

One bright morning, he said to himself,

“I’ve lived here so long, but I’ve never gone deep into the jungle.

Maybe today is a good day for an adventure!”

So Harry trotted happily down the forest path.

The jungle was full of beautiful things — colorful butterflies, shiny streams, tall green trees, and flowers that smelled like sunshine.

As he walked, he met many new friends:

A cheerful parrot who sang sweet songs,

A tiny squirrel who offered him nuts,

A kind deer who showed him the best shade to rest,

and a funny monkey who made him laugh all afternoon!

Harry was so happy. He talked, laughed, and played with his new friends until the sky turned orange and the sun began to set.

“Goodbye, everyone!” said Harry. “I’ll visit again soon!”

When he returned to his cozy cabin that night, the jungle was quiet.

He looked around — no monkey chatter, no parrot songs, no laughter.

Suddenly, he felt a little lonely.

He realized, “It’s not just the jungle that’s beautiful — it’s the friends I met there that make it special.”

So from that day on, Harry went to the jungle every single day.

He played with his friends, shared stories, helped them, and laughed together.

The jungle became his second home — a place full of joy, laughter, and friendship.

And every evening, as he trotted back to his cabin, he smiled and whispered,

“I may live alone, but I’m never lonely — because my friends are always with me in my heart.”

Moral: True happiness comes from friendship and sharing time with those you care about.
