Akshita started her journey to television with the reality show dance India dance little master season 2 as a contestant at the age of 9. She also did supporting role in 'crime petrol', 'CID', 'half marriage', 'mitegi laxaman rekha' and also appeared in some Bollywood films. She got chance to play lead actress role in tv serial 'Bhakharvadi'. Then she became more poplar. She is famous for her well known serials 'ishq par zor nahi' and 'Is mod se jate hai'.
